I REFUSE TO GAIN 20 POUNDS STRESS-EATING AND WATCHING NETFLIX DURING THIS QUARANTINE!

Great idea! I'm going to order some too!

One of my favorite movie scores. What a fantastic film!

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which was wonderful. I loved it.

Absolutely! I'd make a pulled pork sandwich (eastern NC style).

I used to drink coffee all day. Now, I have between 2-3 cups before noon. If I want something hot to sip on during the afternoon, I drink caff-free green tea. If I'm dragging during the afternoon at work after a sleepless night, I will sometimes have a cup of coffee at work, but I have to be really, really tired.

Just do the best you can based on what's already in the databases here. And don't sweat it. If you're off your calories every now and then, it will be okay.

God no, I'd gain 10 pounds in a week if I got my hands on those.

My daughter (14) and I just did a Fitness Blender video in the garage. I like them because they're straight-forward and you can choose from lots of videos.

He's like me (married for 17 yrs) in that he totally missed the online dating scene. That's going to be quite a big adjustment for him, if he decides to go that route. I can't imagine the stories I would have if I had dated online. If I found myself single, I'm not sure if I'd try to date online, but doesn't everyone do…

I notice this smell on my sometimes too. It's weird. Not sure why.

I wonder if we'll have a Pandemic Baby Boom in 9 months. The generation will be Generation Covid19. Maybe Generation Corona.

Too funny. I was writing a grocery list and I just wrote down active dry yeast because I'm finally going to put my Kitchenaid dough hook to work and make homemade bread for the first time.

Other than my kids already being super-bored, it hasn't yet.

This is so true. Teachers have no ability to discipline kids anymore and the administration is too scared to discipline them. They only answer to the parents and they are afraid of getting sued. Kids can literally walk out of a classroom and do whatever they want. Teachers have no power. You can look at a kid the wrong way…

Yes! I want to sit home and bake and eat cookies and drink wine all night!!! Maybe let yourself do that one night just to get it out of your system.

Logging food ...every calorie. Staying out of the kitchen during the day as I telework..the impulse to snack all day is so hard Doing workout videos in the garage Taking walks at night w/ the family so we can get out of the house Getting onto the COmmunity boards here because I think it helps me stay focused and know that…

I'm trying my best to not ruin all of the great progress I've made in the past few months. Not going to the gym combined with stress and emotional eating AND my husband stocking up our pantry with Little Debbie Snackcakes and cookies (seriously, like 8 packagaes) AND me having to work from home (which makes me want to…

It's part my name, part my town and my birth year.

Can we talk about how beautiful David Gilmour was back in the day? I mean, he's still pretty hot, even as an old man. But he was soooo gorgeous then.
-
I'll ask my husband and get back to you. They ought to get more than they do now and I think it should also depend on the class size.

If I was in your situation I'd be eating crazy amounts of peanut butter right now. Full-fat peanut butter...none of my usual PB2.

As the wife of a teacher, I hope that people who are stuck home with their kids trying to homeschool realize how hard it is to teach children and that teachers deserve to be paid more.

My 14 year old asked me if she could go to the nail salon this week and I wanted to grab her by the shoulders and shake her for being so dumb.

My gym is still open. It's a Youfit and even before this whole pandemic, it's the cleanest gym I've ever been in. They are cleaning constantly. I have been going every night just like I normally do. Usually when I go after 9pm there is maybe 10 people there and that hasn't changed. They did put a thermometer sensor thingy…

I picked up a book I had reserved months ago at the library. I had totally forgotten what it was about. I started reading it last night and it's called "A Beginning at the End". It's about society after a pandemic wiped out 70% of the US's population. (And presumably the world although I'm not that far into the book.)…

For your dad's sake, just stay home. Anyone undergoing chemo has a compromised immune system. Don't take the risk. There are plenty of great free workouts available on youtube. I know it sucks having to stay inside. It's only been a couple days and my family is already bickering.
