Do you ever have to choose between sleep and exercise?
I often have this dilemma. Do I sleep the recommended 6-8 hours? Or do I exercise and get less than 6 hours? How do you choose? Meals were beans are the main star
I'd like to start incorporating more meals into my diet where beans are the main source of protein. I currently make black beans and rice and occasionally throw beans onto a salad, but I need to branch out. Anyone have some good bean recipes?
