Hey, I've been in a slightly similar situation. The past month, I've done very similar to yourself in terms of exercise & diet. I lost 5.5 lbs, lost muscle mass, but gained fat mass. It had me down for about a week, but I'm getting back on it tomorrow & will weight myself in another month.

The 2500 cal burnt according to my Fitbit. I move around a lot at work, make sure I do a minimum of 10k steps plus add in a fitness class & a gym workout to this.
