  • No, just hit your daily calorie goals. One or two days over won't cause you to gain fat. It's most likely water weight. Skipping a day of eating wouldn't help at all, and would be counterproductive honestly.
  • Water intake should be spread out throughout the day so drinking 1 liter in the morning might not be too beneficial at all. Your kidneys can handle too much water in one sitting so that's something you should watch out for. Also, water doesn't really have too much of an impact on metabolism.
  • GNC has some samples from time to time. Vitamin Shop might but it's been awhile since the last time I've been there. If you want to try a new whey protein then I recommend MTS Machine Whey. I've been mainly using double rich chocolate Optimum Whey for the past few years, but taste-wise MTS is my favorite.
  • You can try increasing cardio intensity if you're working out. Lowering carb intake, while increasing protein intake can help as well. There are a lot of other things you can do such as Intermittent Fasting or Carb Cycling.
  • I highly recommend eating more fiber as it's slow-digesting and can help you feel full immediately. Oatmeal, fiberOne Bars, beans, etc. are good options. Also, try to mix carbs like mixed vegetables with protein such as vehicles, lean beef, turkey, etc.. A mix of carbs and protein can keep you more full throughout the day.…
