Down 2 lbs. 6 to go. Any quick tips for losing those final pounds?

You can try increasing cardio intensity if you're working out. Lowering carb intake, while increasing protein intake can help as well. There are a lot of other things you can do such as Intermittent Fasting or Carb Cycling.2

Patience and perseverance. Do what you did to lose 2 lb, only for about 2-4 more months.1

Yeah I'm with patience on this one...I'm down to my final 7lbs until I reevaluate my goal, but I'm taking my time getting there
