Op, I think it sounds good—now to see if it works. Personally, I’m satisfied with about 80 grams protein/day. I try to keep fat a bit lower because of family history of high blood pressure, heart problems(and usually fail, lol). If you don’t have problems, no worries for you. Let us know how it goes.
