Busy day. Took measurements, weight and then did oblique and triceps first thing this morning. Then took my pup to a dog park since she's tolerated my hectic work week and little time for her saving Killer Body for when we got back. Had "assistance" doing Killer so while I'll day I completed it, some was quite sloppy lol.…
