I tend to keep a 5-7 pound range. But I do that to account for my autoimmune issues, which cause inflammation and water retention. Most days, I only fluctuate 2-3 pounds, but when I’m in a flare, I hit 5 pounds or a little more. Once it calms, I’m back to where I should be.

I agree with the previous posters. Sounds like you might need to step back and maintain for a bit. Nothing wrong with that. It’s actually a pretty good idea to give yourself a break to just be and enjoy your workouts without sticking to a firm cycle...pretty good for the psyche, if even for a short while. See how you feel…

If you are active and focusing on gaining muscle, you will need to fuel that. I currently weigh 148 pounds (about 10 1/2 stones...a little over) and am 5’ 4” tall. At my last body composition check in, I was at 19.3% body fat. I workout regularly and am working to gain more lean muscle mass. My base calorie intake is 1900…

HasFit has great workouts. Before I really started focusing on a workout plan and wanted to up my exercise routine, I started using their workouts. I like that they have leveled workouts and accommodations. I recommend them...helpful that they’re free!

I eat some of them, yes.

I can definitely relate. I have had weight issues since I was a preteen. I had four children in the span of 7 years. All babies were considerable size (smallest being 8 pounds, 6 ounces; largest 10 pounds, 7 ounces). I gained a lot of weight with each and bounced back and forth. I have a lot of excess skin, especially in…

I sure did! I went from a 38 DD to a 34 D. I miss them sometimes, LOL.

I'm 5'4" and I have a larger build (I wear a size 12 women's shoe, if that helps). I am currently 154 after losing a little over 30 pounds. At my last body comp (when I was a few pounds heavier), my body fat % was 25%. I am hoping to lose 3-4 more pounds, but will be okay if the next body comp shows my body fat % has…

I LOVE OTF! I've been going for a little over a year. I now go between 4-5 times a week (with one of those being a 90-minute class on Sunday). Honestly, I am in better shape than I have ever been. And that's after having four children and being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I do have good days and bad, but I mainly love the…

As for me, I am also 5'4". I started out at 184 pounds and have been in the 170s-180s for most my life. However, the BMI charts don't work well for my body type. I have a large bone structure (I wear a size 12 shoe for crying out loud!), so 140 and below is definitely NOT feasible. I currently weigh 152-154 (depending on…

Thank you! That's pretty much what I wanted to know.

Yes, it does. This jump just really startled me. I think the thing that's bother me is that, since it's a 90-day cycle, I'm not really due for the period until the end of next month. So, I was just wondering if my body is still trying to go through the motions of "my period is coming" even if the hormones are supposed to…

How long should it stick around though? That's the main issue. I don't want it to be a couple weeks later and I'm still holding on to the extra pounds, if that makes sense.
