Ooh yay! I am hesitant to set weight loss goals, since I haven't even had a first week weigh in yet, so I am not sure what to expect! But, whatever, I want to be hopeful! So, my April Goals : • 246lbs on May 1. (That is very aggressive, as I am starting at 260! • Eat leafy greens every single day!

I agree! I actually prefer frozen cauliflower when putting it in Indian sauces and things like that, over rice. They have that nice soft texture!

Thanks! So easy and healthy, but they taste like forbidden junk food! Just so tasty. Cauliflower alfredo sauce on pasta is unbelievable too! It is such a versatile veggie!

I am very grateful for you putting up this honest update! I just started OMAD this week, and it is so easy to get swept up in the promises and dreams of fast easy weight loss! Your post is still hopeful, but it helps remind me that I may still stall, I may still gain... I just need to pay attention to why and keep on going!

Before I went vegan I LOVED beef. It was definitely my favorite! I thought it would be hard to stop eating it, but it is exactly like what people say - once you don't have it anymore, you also don't want it anymore! (and watching the gruesome documentaries help that aversion too! lol)

That why this way of eating is SO great. Because its the first way of eating that I've discovered that is inclusive of any and all diets! People on here are doing keto, vegan, low fat, high fat, whole foods, etc etc. Its awesome!
