  • PW: 187 CW: 185.2 I weigh in daily and saw a lower weight this week so I was hoping to see it again today but I’m still happy with a loss!
  • I definitely enjoy the NEAT exercises, its one of my goals this week to increase my average TDEE that I get on my "weekly progress reoport" from Fitbit!
  • Super excited for April, it’s my birthday month and I’ve been so off track lately this I going to be perfect

  • Hi guys! New to the team and just looking around currently but really looking forward to this challenge!
  • I agree! We walk our two dogs every single day no matter how much its snowing or raining, its not always fun but once you get home and take a shower you feel awesome! Have been doing alot of hiking since all the gyms are closed
  • I’m late to the party but this is what I need right now! Challenge Goal Weight: 175 March 22: 187.2 March 29: April 5: April 12: April 19: April 26: May 3: May 10: May 17: May 24: May 31: June 7 (last weigh in!): Final thoughts:
  • All gyms in my state are closed after 8 pm tonight :/
  • I should look into some slow cooker recipes, I honestly havent used one in so long that might be a good option though!
  • I also gained about 15 lbs when I quit smoking, that took about 3 months to lose but my weight has crept up again, if the trainer was working for you before maybe try it again! But if its a financial burden maybe you could find an alternative. I went to a spinning class recently and couldnt walk for a few days it was so…
  • I think I am going to try to meal prep some sort of snack and have it around 4pm, ill try it for about a week and see what happens. It seems like the later I eat the less likely I am to snack after dinner, but if I wait too long I get way too hungry. The earliest I get home from walking our dogs is 6:30 so dinner will…
  • Yes exactly, some nights I do something different than my husband but he really enjoys cooking so I try to save calories for bigger dinners because he enjoys it and this is how I originally lost weight, but, maybe I need to switch it up because its not really working.
  • I normally meal prep my lunches, maybe I should meal prep a protein heavy "snack" of around 200 calories to have when I get home from work, or to have around 4pm at work and see if that helps, Ill check out those protein drinks today when I go to the store, that might be a good alternative, I could drink one on my way home…
  • It seems like no certain food sets me off, but if I eat at all when I get home from work it sometimes will put me into the overeating mode. Last night for example dinner wasnt going to be ready for two more hours, it was 6pm and I had lunch around 12 so I had some zucchini, and then it just went downhill from there, I also…
  • Ill definetly add back some exercise calories as well on the days that I am exercising, Ive been taking about 25% of what my fitbit says I burned and adding those back to my diary!
  • Some weeks I can go 4 days, and this isnt a "going crazy" on the weekend type thing, it could be a Tuesday when I just am having a day where nothing fills me up. Other weeks its 2 days on then 2 days off. I guess I never thought about either having a few deficit days and then sticking to maintenance other days, that…
  • I do my weight loss calories, although I never was working out before so I am very hesitant with those calories, I feel like I log my food as best I can when I overeat and ive done it so many times its lost its effect on me. Its a great point though that my body keeps score. I have my calories set to 1,500 right now and I…
  • I did join a challenge and I enjoy it so much but it hasnt stopped my overeating, takeout really isnt my downfall I can bring food for lunch at work, and then when I get home eat 500 calories before dinner and wind up at maintenance.
  • I definitely used to be a volume eater, I guess maybe I was eating more volume when I was originally at 1,200 calories, I still have that thread bookmarked maybe ill look back through it today thank you!
  • Could you grab small portions of the foods you want, and bring it back to your dorm, and then with your microwave buy frozen vegetables (my favorite are "steamables" that cook right in the bag) to bulk up your meal, this way you are having less of the food you feel you are having a problem with and still feeling full?
  • Hugo and Kiki :)
  • Honestly I use my phone in the sauna, headphones in (not loud) and normally watch 15 or so minutes of a TV show while I am in there, it is one of the most relaxing parts of my day, so I would say that as long as im being mindful of others I have no reason not to use my device in the sauna. I also do go in fully clothed,…
  • I was having this same problem, I unhooked it and just manually add my workouts, I actually manually add them minus 50% of my device says because the numbers simply dont seem accurate to me anymore.
  • I generally grab a coffee everyday and I used to get 2 creams 2 sugars, I slowly changed that down to 1 cream 1 sugar, and now I get skim milk and a flavor shot which is around 50-70 calories for the coffee now. Maybe you could try something like that. I like the suggestion that once a month get your favorite coffee drink…
  • We are doing this at our office right now but we are doing % lost, its hopefully just going to be fun, its a small office so theres only 11 of us participating
  • Ohh ill definetly look into the DLC
  • I love it so much! I do miss some of the dungeons too and its a bit confusing sometimes on when to try to beat some of the mini boss's or run away if your not leveled up enough yet, but I like that you can go anywhere and theres no set order to do things in.
  • Im not very far in to be honest, but im loving the Zora's. And the open world concept for this game is so nice, ive been playing it every night after work haha im obsessed right now.
  • Honestly eat more, maybe try a slower rate of loss. I fell into a phase of overeating and wound up gaining like 15 lbs back that I lost, then when I was ready to start losing again I kept trying to eat only 1,200 but I kept failing and then just thinking well I already ruined it and eating way more. I finally changed my…
