How long after...
How long after starting a new exercise routine did it take for you to see weight loss? I started playing tennis about two weeks ago and havent dropped any weight since then. I am not concerned about this in terms of weight loss, I assumed it was because I started a new fitness routine (playing every night 45-85 minutes)…

I had a ton of calories left so I got a flavor I actually…

Is this weird?
I've been dropping weight pretty steadily at an average of 1.8 lbs a week, I have MFP set at a loss of 1.5 lbs a week. This week, I haven't changed anything, but I've dropped 4.2 lbs, I know weight loss isnt linear, and I track my weight daily with Libra so im not necessarily worried about, I just thought it was strange..…

On the weekends, I get considerably more sleep, anywhere from 9-11 hrs opposed to my 6-8 hours during the work week. Every time I weigh myself Saturday and Sunday morning, I weigh less than I did during the week. Could getting enough sleep actually contribute to this? Or is this just a fluke? its happened the past 4 weeks,…
