How do you log this?

Every once in awhile I like going to a local shop that makes fruit and veggie juices. I go often enough that I really need to figure out what the best way to log this is. Lately my typical juice is the following ingredients put into a juicer:
Lemon
Cherry
Celery
Ginger

or:
Celery
Cucumber
Kale
Apple

They list no nutrition, amounts, and so far I've been logging my best guess and just logging the actual fruit or vegetable EX. 1 Apple, 1 cucumber. etc.

Anyone have any advice?

You would be shocked how many people will ASK what is going into their drink. Ex: Do you put an entire apple into the green drink?
Why are they not making this drink in front of you? I would be worried they are using apple juice instead of a real apple.

The nutritional "label" info really changes if the pulp, which would be tagged as carbs & fiber and doesn't really count - is left out of the juice.

So are they mixing it all together pulp and all, or traditional "juicing" it?

They are, but everything is precut and they are pretty busy so I can see them putting everything into the juicer but I cant really tell how much is going in.

I want to say its traditional juicing, however there is pulp in it sometimes depending on the drink.

The word juicing may cause confusion. Juicing to many is a machine that takes out the fiber/pulp. If they use a mixer like a vitamix it will keep the pulp. Just something I have noticed here.
You need to know if they are using things like apple juice or cherry juice which can turn them into calorie bombs. You simply have to ask.

I know they only use water with it, I did ask that, I just dont know quantities when I asked over the weekend they said its different amounts each time, which is why the drink never tastes 100% the same.

As it warns here, ripeness of fruit totally changes the sugar content in it, so your only hope is getting close.

Thanks that was really helpful, Although I realize you cant get an exact unless you are making it at home. I used to have a juicer but it broke, so maybe ill invest in one again. I came up with 107 calories using the calculator and I logged 120 over the weekend so I wasnt too far off. However I think I will log 150-200 in the future just incase.

Instead of a juicer consider a mixer like vitamix or ninja. Fiber/pulp is a terrible thing to waste. I googled juicer and it is a product that takes out the pulp, plus people say they are hard to clean.

Yeah the juicer I had before was mainly used for cooking and such. Vitamix is on my wishlist and has been for awhile! lol
