Okay so every Wednesday everyone in my office goes to a food truck. I dont go every week, but today I did. I got a burrito bowl, this comes with raw cabbage as the base, rice (maybe 1 1/2 cups? I asked for more cabbage, less rice so maybe 3/4 a cup I def did get less rice than everyone else) stewed black beans, Medium hot sauce, pickled red onions, sour cream and the menu said cheese but I didnt see any. I entered the ingredients manually and came up a little under 400 do you think this is at all accurate? I feel like it had to be more, but the majority of it was cabbage and the beans. I don't have anything to show me the size of it but looking at what I see I would call it 500. I alway tried to err on the high side when I was logging.

I would assume 300-400 calories for the beans and rice and another 100-150 calories for the cheese and sour cream.

Thanks guys its a little higher than i hoped! I think next time ill skip the rice and get sour cream on the side so i can portion it out. Hopefully that brings it closer to the 400 range
