This happens to me too, alot of people suggested I write down my feelings before and after each time and try to find a common link but for me personally I just couldnt find anything, some days my willpower is just a little lower I guess. I know it sucks so I hope today is better for you!

Feeling a bit defeated today, although today im track yesterday really went off the rails and actually wound up even over maintenance calories so im feeling pretty bummed but going to try my best to have a better day today, yesterday was completely stress related so I need to be better about that in the future.

Every time I go I wind up spending around $200. If I go on a weekday I dont have to wait in line outside, so I was thinking maybe of going tomorrow to see what they have, but I have to remember every time I go I come home with all the seasonal snacks because everything looks so good.
