PLEASE monitor your symptoms closely. Loss of smell is a distinct symptom of COVID. Bronchitis is not far removed either. Watch for fever. My heart jumped into my throat when I read your post.
Yes I’ve been monitoring my symptoms but have not run a fever. My husband went to his doc and they wouldn’t test because his symptoms didn’t match. They gave him a steroid shot and antibiotics, which they tend to do whenever he goes in. My doc won’t, thankfully, so I’m just managing symptoms at home.4 -

Ok, good. I’ll stop worrying. I’ve seen Dr Mark Segal say 3x about lost sense of smell so I went straight into panic mode.
You are important to me and this team!!!!2 -
Here I am!! Been a crazy week!!

Today 173.6
This week was nuts!! One of our cleaning specialist is out for 14 days....crazy girl has covid panic and forced them to text her ....she didn't need it. Now she is broke and I'm overloaded working her schedule and mine. We have slowed but holding steady work. So thankful for that! We are essential and it's a possibility we will be cleaning homes with direct cases soon!! It's a dirty job but someone has to do it!! Hope y'all are all safe healthy and rocking that body to a healthy state!!!!!!
My hubby wants to put a bell on the fridge and get Nerf guns whoever hears the bell attacks the person at the fridge!! Fun way to fight snacking!! Told him he needs to put a bell on the pantry too!!
Anyone who does this better share video!!!!6 -

I am still adjusting to working from home, I seem to work more than exercise, I have been making myself walk at lunch but it is not enough to start a weight loss, I have reduced snacking but not logging like I should. So this we I re-access and readjust. I will be working out of the house till May 1 and now they are talking June 1, So I need to take advantage of a bad situation and workout more.3 -
Saturday weigh in reminders:
@TheMrWobbly - Fit Captain

@jrortega1912

Week 2, Monday
PW: 146.6 lbs
CW: 144.2 lbs
(Trying to maintain around 65kg /143.5 lbs, +- 1.5kg / 3.3 lbs)3 -
I am currently in maintenance (anything under 14 stone) though I will try and keep under my daily calories so I can contribute to the 20lb target.
Very little exercise though plenty of non-exercise exercise yesterday clearing the garage and the patio area for table tennis and basketball set up.
I did run to the shops and back yesterday and picked up a week's worth of meat. Still need to go back as I forgot the birthday cake for my SO and we don't have the ingredients to bake one.2 -
Oh Bob!!! You cannot forget the birthday cake!!!! Unless you found yourself a doghouse while you were organizing!!!2
-
Uh oh! I hoe it all worked out with the birthday cake! My birthday is Wednesday and im not sure there are any bakerys open so im not sure whats going to happen with a cake this year! Probably would be better for me not to have one, but it wont feel like a birthday otherwise! lol2
