    Happy Hump Day for those who are unsure of the day of the week! @LaurieWrobo, great loss! Keep up the great work! Today's floral selection is a white rose rather common around here- the Iceberg Rose. My hubby has yet to plant some in our yard, but we will once we get some new planting space. Enjoy and stay strong and healthy!

    I am down on the scale today! Hoping the number stays the same for tomorrow! I have been trying to focus on goals outside of weight, like meeting my food and exercise goals and inches. My weight is just so all over the place.

    It's been a crazy April, but I'm hopeful, just like today's flower, that good fruit will eventually come from my good choices. The pomegranate flower attracts hummingbirds, which I'm sure are a good source of antioxidants for them ha ha! They and the bees are fed, and they pollinate the flowers so we can have fruit later. It's a win-win! We had only a few on our young trees last year, but there are some trees in the neighborhood that are loaded!

    That is my wish for all of you, that you continue to bear fruit in your health journeys, so you can be a blessing to those around you. I'm bowing out of the group, but I can't without sincere thanks to all of you! I'm not quitting MFP, but other groups I'm involved with are taking my time and energy. Your posts are motivating, inspiring, and have made me laugh! Here's to gray roots but warm hearts! Love and success to each of my a$$ets! <3<3<3

    @hipari - could you post your weigh-in for last Sunday? Or your closest guess at what it was then? This will be your starting weight for the May challenge. Because you weigh in on Sundays, that is always the very first day of the week, so we want to be sure to have where you were one week before if we can! Thanks --

    @jugar I didn’t weigh in last Sunday, but comparing the Tuesday weigh-in I posted and my previous weigh-in a month ago I’ve been maintaining, so the 98,9kg / 218lbs is as good a guess as any.

    I havent weighed in this week.... i forgot yesterday and wasnt in the right headspace this morning. Please can i carry last week's weight over. Starting May in the 170s that way which will keep me on my toes from today!

    In May could i weigh in on Saturdays? Thursday weigh ins seem to have tempted me into longer weekends 'off' and i want help building back to a 6 days logging and on cals and one day logging but over cals. Saturday morning weigh in and then a day to indulge a bit beforw getting right back on it.

    Going back down!! Still have not found time to burn extra calories. Still just the work calories. Yeah cleaning houses is a full body work out, but I really need more!! I need to do yoga and calisthenics and RUN!! TIME IS AGAINST ME LATELY!! AAAAAHHHGGGG
