Don't worry I need natural makeup. I've always believed that make up was to enhance features, not cover them up. I'm not into all this blue and green eyeliner and cat eye and stuff anyway. Although I have been told blue really makes brown eyes pop.

I found out why people like them. I know this thread is semi old but apparently the ring around your iris is called a limbic ring and we unconsciously use it to measure attractiveness. Huh, no wonder.

Haha I'm sorry what I meant was like you know how some eyes have a dark black ring around the iris? I have medium dark brown eyes but that ring around them makes them less obscure. Like you can see the definition and the difference between pupil and iris. It's hard to explain. Like if you stand a few feet away from me…

I don't know what you mean but I usually try to consider my options before I eat. I have to make a conscious decision to eat something healthy. If we eat out I try to pick something healthy but good. It's even easier if it's a buffet because of salad bars.

Yeah it is the same for me. I was just wondering cause a couple of years ago I went on a diet and really went at it and lost 45 pounds. My beasts still stayed pretty much the same though. I carry most of my weight in my thighs. My stomach has the illusion of being slender but with fat on it and my chest ins nice sized.

I usually get the grilled ranch wrap and some fries and I'm good to go. One thing I've learned is that a double cheeseburger and either medium or small fries is enough to fill me up. You learn things like that when you try to save money.

Ugh I guess my choices weren't so good. I tried not to use the whole pack of dressing but it wasn't enough. Plus I got some ketchup for my fries.

I did that at Zaxbys once. I got the little two chicken fingers and some fries for the kids. Plus I got some animal crackers.

I'm still learning at this. When I diet I usually watch the fat sugar and calories. And fast food is usually out of the question. But with this calories are the only thing that matters. Anyway I got the food. Do I have to count the dressing and condiments too?

How do I prelog? I have to go to classes tomorrow. I'm tempted to eat at a restaurant cause I'm so hungry usually. I have this two hour gap between my classes and then one last class and then practice and I go home.

My limit is 1610 calories a day.

Some of that sounds a little fattening. The cheesy potatoes and meat especially. Plus the chicken is fried and then baked and then I poured Prego all over it. The other suggestions sound good though. I already scramble my eggs with onions and pepper occasionally.
