Look at Ironmind they sell what's called a hip squat belt works great for us home gym guys I use it on n off all year also like others said frount squats and farmers walks with heavy bumddells try pushed your car or truck for a distance too all work ... good luck

Do u have a blender? Can u drink milk ? How about ice cream ? Do u eat peanut butter? Do u eat oatmeal? What kind of money do u have to work with ? Are u lifting if so what type of workout are u doing ? Do u lift at a gym ?
