Yes 4 to 5 more like 4 Meals then a protein shake 1 to 2 times a day works for me to stay lean or bulk up it's what u eat n how much also for me keeps my blood sugar in check

As I stated befor you can also make your own home made shakes too 2 cups of milk, powered milk 1 cup , peanut butter 2 table spoons, your favorite ice cream, honey, oatmeal put in blender with ice drink

I do about a half of cup of uncooked oatmeal with a cup of cottage cheese n fruit on top with honey on top Every day as my second meal it's like 30 grams of protein I get my cottage cheese in 10lbs it's called Daves it's the best I ever had I eat that 5-6 days a week .

Get yourself in the gym or go for a walk get doing something go find some rocks n lift them !

Iam a 45 year old lifter I take 1000mg of fish n flax oil I also take a Vitamin D 5000mg 4000mg of vitamin C a male multi vitamin joint supplements garlic 1000mg I also am a firm believer in herbs like ginger, ginseng, male herbs liver tabs protein shakes stuff like that it seems to help me .

Well part of my post got cut off I was trying to say as an example if she was a 160lbs that she want to shot for her body weight in protein, also I said 2 protein shake too if u can gain muscle on less n that works for you that's great for you no one is a 100% right here because if it was easy we all would be where we want…
