Do you use a Trap bar or not

Do u use a trap bar if so what kind of sets n reps do u do on it n what kind of lifts do you do on it ?

    Cool I have one in my "gym that's in my garage- I also shrug on it too

    Farmers walks. It's about all they are good for, other than sitting in corners and collecting cobwebs.

    I do "deadlifts" with it, but with a lower hip position, like a back squat. I flip the bar over and use the lower handles so i can go deeper. I like it better than a back squat, since it uses arms, shoulders & grip, which makes it more functional for me.

    I'll also do farmer's carries. Eliminates the need to do shrugs. :+1:

    My gym has one. Tried doing deadlifts with it once and hated it. I have never seen anyone use it actually.

    I'm too short (or my arms are too short) to use it. I see ppl using it though.

    It's is the perfect deadlift for athletic purposes. Recent studies have shown that the positioning involved translate better into athletics, like football l, sprinting, and jumping events.

    I love it for deadlifts. In fact I use it exclusively for deadlifting now.

    I used it when I first started deadlifting. Then went back to it for a couple of weeks a couple of years ago when I needed to correct my form

    They require different form.
