  • Yes I got back pain 20 + years - I think some of it is Stress, of life n some of it do to lifting n my job - epsom salt does help tiger balm too - n hot n cold too joint supplements work too along with fish n flax oil too also high amounts of vitamin C too .. good luck
  • Well it happens make up for it in the gym do another set of what ever u are doing run an extra mile look at the Zig Zag diet it works great for a ""Normal way we eat so if u were eating 1300 and u had a day were u ate 16 or 1800 calories then the next 2 -3bays u would eat close to 1200 check it out .

  • I hear MMA is great of getting in shape you should see great results from doing it, a lot of people who do that also do like "Strongman lifts too may be something to look into- tire flips - rock press - Farmers walks - kettle bell work all go hand n hand Good luck
  • I also wanted to say that if you don't have a gym u can get a great workout buy lifting what's around you so if live by the woods you can lift rocks trees if you have old tires you can lift bags of feed sand rims off of cars n trucks you can get a Great workout that way n become Very strong lifting like that .

  • Drink more water also if u are training heavy you may look " thicker more blood in the muscles are u taken supplements? Like BCAA ? U might want to look into them ?

  • No way could I live on one meal more like 4 to 6 - with low blood sugar n working out
  • Cool I have one in my "gym that's in my garage- I also shrug on it too
  • But if u wanted to eat/drink your breakfast u might want to look at homemade protein shakes they are fast easy to deal with yes do what works for you but u may find u feel better if u have something more than coffee , I too drink coffee n also eat 4 hard boiled eggs too
  • What tpye of lifting program are you on? If u want to add more muscle you got to lift heavier weights 5x5 is about the best look at trying to get 40 grams of protein in 4 meals or so look at better fats like nuts n seeds hope this helps

  • Eggs omelettes with spinach and other vegetables make a big one so u have meals for breakfast n or lunch cheep n good for you
  • All I can say is I love Honey ! I eat/drink it raw n put it on and in everything.

  • Whatever I have for diner I make enough for lunch for the next day it helps me track what I am eating n if my diner is 500 calories and 30 grams of protein then I know my lunch is the same it seems to work for me n it's a good way to save on money n time both I have none of !
  • That's a good question the real simple fact is u have to try a few brands and see what works best for you if u have a really good health food store buy u they will have where u can try different flavors of ones probably 95% of people use water to mix it up in again try a few different ways water milk soy milk almond milk…
  • Nuts n seeds also are good I could live on sunflower seeds also like others said beans peas cottage cheese fish etc. almond flour is great to add to all kinds of foods n shakes any nut butter Is good too love powered milk too

  • Sounds odd but also try frount squat too make sure u go deep on them and good mornings too may help too

  • Well if u are that out of shape then a 3 day workout may be better to start make sure you get enough protein in too at least body weight in grams of protein so if u r 130 then u should get at least a 130 grams of protein... also Tiger Balm is Great too I swear by it ...
  • It also depends on what u are doing if u are training a central way u may need both I just used a protein shake after my workout n that's about 60 grams total of protein I am a firm believer that u need protein after a workout u have a half hour to get it in n liquid goes the fastest that's my opinion ....
  • It's all good just make sure you keep it cold n shake it up good before u drink it I even put mine in the freezer to get it good n cold
  • You look Great why would u want to lose more weight? If it was me I would do more weight lifting
