I'm 5'4 and trying for 1150 calories per day (adding a bit when I exercise). It's been sustainable for me, but I've kinda had to work up to it if that makes sense

It's not super safe or healthy to be eating below 1000. I'd strongly advise you to eat around 1200 AT LEAST.

Oh goodness, I am struggling! I had the same calorie goals as usual this week but I hardly lost any weight (like 0.6lbs). I know this is pretty normal for a few weeks in and I'm probably gaining muscle, but I still feel down about it!

Edamame is a really good, healthy snack food! Plus it usually comes super salty so it still fulfills those salt cravings! Honestly I think I like it better than chips
