    Me too! I'm right there with you both! I started at needing to lose 50... I'm down 25 and now 25 to go!!! WE GOT THIS!! :)v

    Oh goodness, I am struggling! I had the same calorie goals as usual this week but I hardly lost any weight (like 0.6lbs). I know this is pretty normal for a few weeks in and I'm probably gaining muscle, but I still feel down about it!

    Don't get discouraged. I've discovered along the way I'll have some up and down on the scale but overall trajectory is down. Once I learned to predict these changes I was able to not let it get me discouraged. Just keep pushing forward. You got this.
