Thanks for your reply. My routine comprises of Lateral Raise, Shoulder press, Squats, Lunges, Split Squats, Hammer, Curls, Dips, Push ups. What other alternatives would you recommend? Also, if I gain fat, it wouldn’t necessarily be a paunch. I don’t mind getting it on my arms or anywhere else for that matter. Please reply…

My trainer has told me to take 5 grams pre workout and 5 grams post workout, making it 10 grams a day. Will that be okay?

I don't know what should be the appropriate amount of body fat therefore the question is how much body fat should be there?

I particularly wanted to know that if I just intake extra caories and not hit the gym for 2 months as I got my exams, do some home workout, won't I just increase the body fat?
