I have been following a programme that included compound lifts. I weighed 45 kgs, now I weigh 62. My aim is to reach 72. But lately, I haven’t been gaining weight. I know I need to be in caloric surplus. Can someone recommend me a workout for mass gain? And some post workout meals too. Thanks
