Workout plan and diet

Hey, A 21 year old female weighing around 57 kgs, height being 5’3.
I need to lose around 3-4 kgs and need to take around 1500 calories to do that.
Can anybody suggest me a good diet with the right amount of proteins and carbs?
Also, I’m going for a 5 day workout plan.
Day1 Lower Body
Day2 Upper Body
Day3 Lower Body
Day4 Upper Body
Day5 Total Body
Will be doing abs and cardio.
Please tell me the exercises I shall be doing.

Diet should be whatever you enjoy eating that is nutrient dense. Protein and carbs and fat at whatever ratios keep you satisfied (it differs for everyone so start with what MFP gives you and go from there). Exercise should be something you enjoy doing and/or a lifting program.4

A varied diet with plenty of nutrient dense foods is a healthy diet.
Macro recommendations per lean body mass (or per goal weight):
Protein: 0.8 to 1g
Fats: 0.35 to 0.6g
Carbs: The rest
Cardio can be anything of your choice, maybe look into doing a 3 day total body routine.
Follow a an established program 1) for a beginner 2) designed to help you reach your desired goals 2) provide you with progression and properly integrated rest/recovery days
