Workout plan and diet

Hey, A 21 year old female weighing around 57 kgs, height being 5’3.
I need to lose around 3-4 kgs and need to take around 1500 calories to do that.
Can anybody suggest me a good diet with the right amount of proteins and carbs?
Also, I’m going for a 5 day workout plan.
Day1 Lower Body
Day2 Upper Body
Day3 Lower Body
Day4 Upper Body
Day5 Total Body
Will be doing abs and cardio.
Please tell me the exercises I shall be doing.
