  • Ah it is indeed the start of allergies! I had lazy weekend of over eating and playing fetch instead of walking. New week though, so recomminting! We're going to shoot for a repeat of last week, hour and a half of walk time.

  • I collect chronic illnesses as a hobby. My body is not built for my personality, so I am always struggling to find the right balance. It's super frustrating to find I've "over done it" and be down for days. I've been focusing on planning down time into my day, and sticking to shorter bursts of exercise.

  • I do a thing I call "Quinoa Qrunch". It's quinoa, chicken tenders, shredded cheese, chopped up carrots, cherry tomatoes and sliced bell peppers.
