Cramps or aching muscles? If it's aching muscles just go easier, start with easier exercises and don't spend as long doing them. You will be able to build up gradually. If it's cramps see your GP, you may have an electrolyte imbalance.

Today is my second fast day for the week, I'm really not feeling it today. It's only 8am and I already want to quit. This is the first time I've felt like this, all my other fast days have been easy.

I was thinking of doing 4:3 but I'm going to try and get use to 5:2 for a few more weeks before I try and change it. Perhaps there's some other strategies you could use on the weekend to stop your binging? Maybe skip breakfast on the weekend to save calories for later in the day.

I'm a vegetarian, feel free to stalk my diary any time :smile: Yogurt, eggs, legumes, seeds, nuts and tofu are usually where I get my protein.

It depends what time the sunsets, I don't really like walking in the dark so if it's still light then I'll walk first and eat later but if the sun will be up for a little longer and I'm hungry I'd eat dinner first.

I often roast them and store them in zip lock bags or containers to throw through salads, they keep well for about 5 days.

I often struggle with emotional eating. I usually just try and occupy myself with something else, going for a walk often helps, not a vigorous calorie burning one, just a slow stroll.

I find being pale that the best tans are the gradual tans, they don't seem to go as orange.
