Hi all, thanks for the replies. The 5x5 looks good. However I don't have rack to play the barbell on to perform squats etc. I'll try to figure a way out for that. And Maxworkouts requires me to pay 40$, which I'm not sure if I'm willing to do that. No idea if it will even work for me...

Try to snack on Nuts, dried fruits etc. Dates & Cashew nuts are my personal favorite. There's a lot of variety and pretty high in calories for the most part. Close to 300 calories per 100g for dates. They're high in sugars, those sugars being natural thou and cashews can be fatty but hey you're getting your calories easily…

Same here man. I mean the whole idea of getting enough energy through your meals/pre-workout supplement etc before your workouts just does not work for me. I feel bloated just like you said, but I'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels this way.
