Thanks Amy - nothing worthwhile is ever easy right? I took some advice from a friend, I'm just dragging my kids to the gym ;) The hardest part is just eating right and often enough! Imagine that! I'm not eating enough according to this app. Well, if you find any useful information on eating right, please share.
