Same here girl! I’m on the keto diet which basically cuts out the sugar and carbs!

I started the keto diet 8-7-18 and as of today 8-14-18 I have lost 11 pounds! I’ve been very disciplined and very strict with myself. On my cheat day I had a panini from Panera bread and Thai noodles but that was it! Zero calorie drinks and no carbs.

Me too!!!! I started the keto diet 10 days after my period but within a few days of the diet I started to spot and have discharge in which I never had a problem with before! I’ve been looking for answers and I’m glad to have found this thread!

What diet did you use? I’ve had a dramatic weight loss too which resulted in low potassium which was not good at all!
