How long does it take to start losing weight on keto?

Are you tracking/logging your food? You still have to have a calorie deficit to lose weight.3

Usually there's a big initial water weight loss, then should slow down to parallel your calorie deficit. Generally, if you aren't losing, you aren't in a deficit. In additiom to the above questions, have you made any other changes recently?4

You should start loseing weight pretty quick, as long as your in a caloric deficit. I went from 190 to 170 in 2 months while on keto.0 -
I started the keto diet 8-7-18 and as of today 8-14-18 I have lost 11 pounds! I’ve been very disciplined and very strict with myself. On my cheat day I had a panini from Panera bread and Thai noodles but that was it! Zero calorie drinks and no carbs.2
