I love this post - as it really tells you what to do... I do think seeing a dr is a good idea. but if you eel you have nothing to lose by trying what the poster suggested I would. So for me I need ot make it fun - watching a youtube on exercises - body weight or light weights - is fun. Its pretty cool to challenge myself…

personally - I did jenny craig and lots a ton of weight! So I recommend that - but any plan works if you stick with it. I would not eat the calories from exercise. Go 1 week without eating extra calories because you exercise... and see how you do. Also drink half your weight in ounces of water. Also make sure you eat about…
