Looking for active friends! In the middle of a60 day challenge with results posting. Open diary!
-
I would cut one can a day out per week, so 3 this week, 2 the next, etc. I quit drinking caffeine cold turkey and was left with the worse headache of my life for 3 days!
-
Egg whites, bananas, broccoli!

I feel like this article is just trying to get you to spend money on training sessions or spend money on a whole membership. You have to be ready and want to be healthy, nobody else can do this for you.
-
Eh, there’s no point in trying to rationalize with irrational people. It neithers credits, not discredits. Maybe you should go focus on dieting and exercising than wasting your time harassing me on a forum. I’m conscious of my decision. That’s my choice (again for the third time). My coworkers didn’t get the vaccine. I…

Wowwwwww, this is literally getting way out of hand. There are tons of people who don’t get the flu shot. Here’s an article, educate yourself. It’s ineffective in LTC facilities. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/27251461/

My employer allows us to choose and that’s that. Again, you can quit “preaching” your opinion to me. The main post wanted opinions, I gave mine, and then people want to attack. People need to be less sensitive, my life has nothing to do with you, your opinion does not matter to me, but to the original poster. Please move…

Haha! Touché bro
-
There actually isn’t a “X” and it’s sarcasm, in case you didn’t catch that.
-
I’m sure they do, for children, elderly, or people with compromised immune systems. I don’t apply to those categories. Very diplomatic response though, I can appreciate that.
-
The initial post asked whether people get the flu shot or not. If you do, cool. I don’t. It’s not effective in preventing influenza (especially not this year). There are plenty of people who I work with who don’t get the shot. If you want to do whatever the gov’t tells you to do, be my guest. I watch what goes in my body…

Is there an off button?
-
BRO, you need to relax! Again, this is a matter of opinion. I’m pretty sure if someone wants to read all your ranting they’ll get your opinion. Otherwise, I’m going to keep doing my job, not get the vaccine (because that’s my choice), and move on with my life. Get over yourself.
-
I’m not even going to read all that because you’ve lost it. Chill. He wanted opinions, I gave mine, you don’t need to “preach” what you think I should do with my body. Relax
-
I work strictly with elderly. I’m going to leave this here. https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/855937 Nothing is going to please the trolls
-
You have the option to decline and I’ll decline. Just my opinion. Take or leave it.
-
I’m an occupational therapist. I don’t get the flu shot because I use safety measures to prevent getting sick. I have no ailments, I’m healthy, and I just don’t like putting a shot (that’s already been proving to be too weak this year anyways to really help) in my body.

Swipe the item left to right and an option behind slide will allow you to delete.

Right here! Looking for motivated, interactive friends! In the middle of a 30 day NPC bikini workout routine, posting weekly updates, if other like minded people are interested!
-
Woah! Never heard of that! Going to check it out though!
-
Accountability is important, find a partner so you’re not fighting alone or try starting a 30 day challenge and tell yourself you’re going to finish it whether you feel like it or not. Good luck!
-
Definitely watch your caloric intake and still stay active. If you go from working out to a couch potato well, I’m sure you can guess what’ll happen. Go walking outside, hike, whatever as long as you’re moving!
-
I’d love more friends! I’m basically talking to myself on my page haha! In the middle of a bikini fitness challenge if others in the same boat!
-
I’ve had that happen with Fitbit. Try disconnecting both then reconnect. Otherwise, I believe I had to go on the laptop to disconnect and reconnect.
-
Accountability really motivated me to return to the gym. Following a program that tells you what to do on certain days requires accountability. You can always find a fitness partner to help you keep accountable as well!
-
You can’t actually spot reduce, however, core strengthening, cardio, and a healthy diet will give you the results you’re looking for. It’s hard to lose because our bodies naturally are a little pudgier there for child bearing.
-
I’m trying to do a 30 day program I found online for the first time ever (versus my own routines) just to change things up. 7 days in and a lot to go!
-
I do HIIT programs 45-50 minutes, 5 times a week and lost 51 lbs in total and still counting! Eating 1500-1700 calories a day.
-
Feel free to add, love my Fitbit. Literally broke the strap tonight and purchased a new one in a few hours. Haha.
-
Complex carbs and foods low on the glycemic index!
