Your body is not ready for it that is why you feel the muscle pain. but when you do it as a routine your muscles will feel it and it will be normal no more pain anymore :-)

Yes it's normal specially if that is the firs time.. you will feel some pain on your body.

I don't think there is a gym for 50 yrs old and up, all available gym's are for all ages so you don't need to worry.

Yes you will find a way or time doing exercise. just like after family hour or after the office 1 hour even just 2 to 3 times a week.
