When the post-office needs a new postal code just for you :p Seriously...when your self-esteem is zero and you are freakin tired of being disgusted at how you look when you see your reflection in the window or a mirror. ( I am happy to say that I'm close to 20 lbs down, started in March 2017) :)

My coffee with one cream one sugar. I tried black or with milk and it's not doing it for me. That is my one treat everyday that keeps me sane in this weight loss journey. I completely cut baguel and cream cheese, pasta, poutine, chips, red meat and deserts. But i'm human - I gotta have my coffee! LOL

Hi gracerichter3213! I can very much relate to this. I also have been wondering why I am mind-blocking myself from losing the 2 lbs I need to go below 300!! I have not been 302 lbs in years. I finally made it this far and I am so close I can taste it - but then, I get huge cravings and absolutely can't resist eating…
