Day 4 was challenging but somehow it helped me work out a few things in my head. Like Why do I get so angry when we do not continuously flow? Oh .... that ache in my joints from the added weight, it is uncomfortable and my discomfort is showing itself in frustration and anger, I can work with that!

I just picked up this book over the weekend. So far it is a slow read but I'm still hopeful.

I felt like poo most of the weekend and I am still not 100%. I ate decent but not fabulous over the weekend so today I have been very aware of what I'm feeding myself. Day 9? Yes please. I love a good hip opener. I could live in them if I could. As I was doing the practice this morning I was wondering how.many mfpers were up doing it with me. We're we sharing energy across the word? 4 am CST start time for me.

@bluffgirl67 oh honey, I'm sorry you are having a tough time. Migraines are horrid and having responsibilities to deal with on top of them can suck the life right out of you. I hope both you and your mom's pain has eased and the weekend treats you both better.

I wanted to jump in here before I see the scale because at this moment I am proud of myself for my eating habits this week and sticking to what I was planning on doing. Yoga everyday, eating more vegetables and moving more. I feel good even if the scale doesn't budge.

Completed day 5! I'm not good at softening. I go hard most of the time. I find myself uneasy in my mind when I'm told to soften or to relax in any way. This HOME series will definitely be beneficial both physically and mentally. Way to go yet again Adriene!

Just completed day 5. I practice with Adriene most mornings. This year I told myself I would really listen and not just go through the motions. It's time to take my practice to a whole new level! Good luck to all who join, I hope it helps you in whatever way you need it to!

I'm in! I have been doing her 30 day program every January for the last 4 years. Love her! I also follow her monthly calendars granted I miss a day here and there but it is a great way to ensure you get hard working days and rest days as well. Her program changed my life in so many ways .

I'm here for it. I spent the last three years gaining it all back after reaching my goal. I let stress and being "too busy" be my crutch. My body feels horrible. I'm uncomfortable in my own skin. I got my head down and im charging forward!

He has won our hearts for sure. We took him in as a foster in November of last year....well he never left! I'm not sure his sister is completely amused!
