  • Yes, but please be careful with a lot of advice. For instance, you shouldn't intermittent fast until you're fat adapted, and 2 weeks in, you're likely not. "Fat adapted" is not the same as "in ketosis." There is a LOT to know about keto - I suggest going out there and reading up on ruled.me…
  • I just started this week! Struggling to plan meals for myself and for my family. I know it shouldn't be hard, but for whatever reason, I have some sort of stumbling block. I could use all the help I can get! Hopefully I'll get approved in the other group as well.
