@Slimpossible007 thank you for the list of proteins. I have that problem too. No matter how healthy I eat, I always end up eating more carbs, from fruit, than protein.

@2020pinktogo for some reason when I begin to work out, I gain weight but lose inches and tone up really well. Make sure to measure too. I hate that all weight loss progress is defined by scale numbers. That's what I like about this group, it's geared more towards fitness, food and water.

I'm so far behind in reading. It's been a busy few days. Another late night workout but I hit a personal goal of 31 straight days of working out. Yes to tracking and yes to staying within my calorie range (and staying in the low range too).

I love everyone's NSV's. Mine are 1) I track every day. 2) I have done some form of workout or high burn activity for 24 straight days. 3) I am fitting in clothes I couldn't last summer 4) I am learning to let go of the "perfectionist" mentality. 5) No matter how tired I am, I make sure to "check in".
