You probably turned fat into muscle. You have to measure youself as well as weigh yourself to see changes.

I lost 9.4lbs my first week with no xercise, just change in my diet. It may have been water weight.

You're not suppose to have a cheat day. You can have a cheat meal that is portioned correctly. But not a full day worth. My fitness trainers always tell me one cheat meal per week, and it actually causes me to lose not gain.

I do cardio and strength training. On my cardio days I usually burn a little over 400 calories.
