    PLEASE ADD ME AS A FRIEND. I have zero friends in my community and want to get more involved with people who have similar goals as me. :)

    Too bad i saw this today... but I'll try it anyway. My goal will be to lose 3.5 lbs since I'm 12 days late. (Or 5 lbs until 5/3). I don't usually weight myself, but since tomorrow is Wednesday i'll start weighing on weds.

    - Starting Weight - 160
    - April starting weight - 143.4 (I hit a serious plateau at 143... ugh.)

    I'm realising that 205 may be an ambitious goal....as long as the numbers keep going down. I keep reminding myself that the number is not the goal - being, healthy, happy & fully engaged in my life is much more important! I started this journey on Feb. 27th, and I can honestly say that my mental state is almost at "160", lol. That is not to say that I don't have days when I have to convince myself to push through, but I am much nicer to myself; the little voices in my head are losing the battle!

    4-14: 146.8 I'm beginning to feel like I'm NEVER going to get under 145! I'm pretty diligent about my logging; I weigh everything and very rarely go over my calories. I'm so ready for one of those "wooshes" already.

    NSG: stay under/close on sodium, drink 3-4 liters of water a day.
    Sodium is my arch nemesis. I have the HARDEST time staying under my numbers there, and always seem to go over a day or two before weigh in days.

    Ultimate goal - 120 lbs
    April starting weight -144
    Total loss for April: 3 lbs

    4/1: 144 lbs
    4/5: 141 lbs (3 lbs loss)
    4/12: 141 lbs (no loss)

    Wow, it's crazy how one cheat day due to a family gathering right before my weigh-in day just reversed my 1 lb loss mid-week. I mean... I was expecting that I wouldnt reach my 2 lb per week goal... but not to gain back the 1 lb that I just lost :#

    I definitely need to go back to 1 cheat meal vs a cheat day! It's okay though, since I don't get to see family often, and eat mom's cooking which I love! What a treat!

    Gotta get back on track this week! Goodluck everyone, and keep up the good work! ;)

    I feel you!!! @Brans34 For me it's the ever elusive 139 lbs. This is my crossover weight. I can't seem to get under this number. It's been years...
    Don't let that get you down. It'll feel so good when you finally kick 145's *kitten* and reach your goal! ;)

    Saturday is usually when I have my cheat meal also, but I go hiking first so I won't feel so bad, lol. I weigh in on Wednesdays cuz I figured It'll give me a couple of days to level out. Maybe I should try what you're doing and give myself a whole week to recover... :)
