    I do weigh in every day, so the number tends to bounce around a bit. Hopefully it'll start dropping off more quickly soon!

    NSG: stay under/close on sodium, drink 3-4 liters of water a day.
    Sodium is my arch nemesis. I have the HARDEST time staying under my numbers there, and always seem to go over a day or two before weigh in days.
