I work nights in a warehouse, I eat my dinner about 6.30 pm, have a snack of under 100 calories on my break, eat 300 ish calories breakfast when I get home. After sleep I drink 2 teas 1 being green tea and usually some Danish bread toasted or cracker bread with low fat cheese spread then gym for 2 hours, home and repeat…

Chocolate sugar =bad....fruit sugar = not so bad was what I should have put but when I've just woken up my brain isn't fully functioning lol

My main goal is to not go over my calories and to hit the protein target which I can do now I've adjusted my eating habits but it's getting harder as my daily goal changes with weight loss that's when I started eating more fruit and found myself going over sugar goal

I used to get very sore so on those days would cut back on how much intensity I was on, now I don't get sore where my body is used too it so find I'm increasing the intensity. Warm bath and extra protein helped me

I've changed my settings from 2lb loss to 1 but still only on 1300 a day so unless I'm at the gym I don't move about much, fork truck driver at work so sitting a lot of the night and yes I work nights so I sleep during the day. That's my struggle at the moment, where my daily calories has dropped I'm finding it harder to cut back so going to the gym more to earn extra calories to munch on. Need to work on my will power next!

I log everything I eat and drink I just wanted to know about the sugar in fruit as some days I eat a lot of it and my sugar goal was going over due to it but as someone said it's natural sugar and not something to worry and about too much. I've lost 2 stone since starting MFP so I'm doing OK

I eat a lot of vegetables with my dinner so I always weigh and log them but will ignore the sugar now as long as it's fruit sugar not fatty sugar

I buy Danish bread now as it's much lower in calories per slice that way I can still eat it and not think crap used 200 calories on nothing

I pigged out big time today so to make myself feel better for it i went to the gym and burnt off all the calories that I ate, don't beat urself up over it and just start again the next day I think we all mess up now and again

Boobs, legs and face, belly is very slowly going down but I only notice due to monthly sideways pictures I take and compare

I have nothing set to log automatically as it started adding calories so I log what I do myself that way I know it's correct, lost 12lb in 41 days on mfp so it's working perfectly :)

I tend to eat my fruit with fat free Greek yoghurt as I know it's high in protein and low in the bad stuff and it also makes a nice refreshing, breakfast

I sit on a fork truck at night and do little at home but go to the gym 4-5 times a week for about 90 minutes so I put myself as lightly active

I have no medical conditions I'm just trying to go by what mfp says I should consume in a day. I am losing weight nicely but my sugar is always above due to fruit. I eat pineapple, blueberries, melon, satsumas, and strawberrys now as they are cheap lol

Weekends do me in too as I'm not at work but this weekend I stuck at it with mostly willpower and im feeling very proud of myself today as the scales are showing I've lost weight and not gained

I eat loads of low calorie snacks during the whole day and still losing weight so don't worry

I started off doing mostly cardio but now I have alternative days where I do more weights or cardio depending on my mood but do weights almost every gym trip

I'm 14 stone 186lb I think and I'm on 1600 a day but with lots of gym trip during the week to give me extras and I'm losing 2lb a week

I lost a stone in 2 weeks when I started dieting now I'm on a steady 2lb a week, I think it depends on how much u was eating compared to what u cut down too, I was eating like a pig lol
