Sweaty belly button is a common problem especially if u have an innie best thing is to keep it as clean and dry as u can

I'm 5ft 10 so I'm about 2 stone overweight. I shot up to 16 stone due to an injury but quickly lost that then started to lose at 2lb a week, was happy with that but now I keep losing the will power to keep going. I go to the gym regularly and lift weights on top of cardio, maybe I am doing too much but I enjoy the weights…

Bowl of cereal or some toast, too much food slows me down as does not food

I can do 300 in 20 minutes but I have my level start around 13 and end at 15, kills me lol

I think mfp must be different for some people as I can't log my exercise by times I have to put in the length of time I was on a treadmill as xxx minutes then xxx calories burnt, my Samsung app will then also say xxx steps taken and give extra calories so it doubles up
-
I literally can not do the 1200 plan I end up pigging out so as already suggested put ur weight loss at 1.5lb a week and u will get more calories to eat but u have the option to not eat the full amount if u choose not too
-
I used to get anxious about the gym mostly due to my size at the time, give yourself a push to go and keep going after a while it will help with all anxiety issues and u won't give a monkeys what people in the gym might be thinking.

I'm off to lanzarote for 10 days very soon my diet will go out the window for that time plus major sunbathing so I'm expecting a big weight gain but I know a week or so back on mfp will sort that out

Take pictures once a month, a side pic and a front on pic and compare them u will see the difference then

I add the time the machine says and the calories it says ive burned that way I know it's accurate and I ignore the steps as it will double up the calories burnt
-
I've gained muscle despite being in a deficit but I lift every gym visit and as soon as it becomes easier I add more weights, I have some lovely biceps coming on at the moment lol
-
Gym 3-5 times a week usually about an hour and half, 45 minutes doing intense cardio and then I do weights or mix it up but I always do both, I tend to burn 500 calories in 35 minutes
-
My scales do the same thing and I have changed the battery so I'm now assuming they might be knackered and time to buy new ones
-
Personally not noticed a difference but they did warn me that I could gain weight while on it

Weekends kill off my good work too, I try so hard not to keep looking in the fridge or cupboard but in the end I lose and over indulge then feel rubbish for it the next day but I'm still trying despite this to lose my last 2 stone!!!

I got sunburnt Sunday and have put on weight but I've also got swollen ankles so have put it down to that but it's very disheartening, I've not even logged my weight as a result of this
-
I've put on 5lb over the weekend and couldn't work out how then read how sunburn can make u gain water weight and I got severely burnt Sunday so I'm not worrying too much just yet
-
Everyone is different but I do both every time I visit the gym, I switch things up so I will do 20 min cardio then some weights then more cardio followed with more weights, I spend almost 2 hours per gym visit doing this and yes I ache when I leave but I can see the difference in my arms, legs and bum a now which keeps me…

When I started dieting I lost about the same then averaged out to 2lb a week now down to 1lb a week so don't panic
-
I'm linked to my Samsung app and yes it doubles so I ignore the step count on gym days so I know I won't go over calories
-
I often go over my sugar due to the amount of fruit I eat and am still losing so I think its just a guideline not something u have to accurately follow
-
I've changed my settings to lose 1lb a week will see how that goes as it's increased my intake by 240 if I still keep wanting to eat everything then I will do the diet break for a few days, my daughter said I'm pushing myself too hard and depriving myself which to a certain extent I am but on my to try and be healthier,…

I'm 5'10 and currently 13 stone 7lb. I've started eating breakfast, cut back my milk intake using coconut milk instead, I eat a lot of vegetables with my dinner to make it more filling and yet an hr later I want to eat again. I work nights so lunch is debatable from day to day. I'm a fork truck driver so I'm not active at…
