I find when my blood sugar is low I get horrible migraines, any kind of artificial sugar will trigger a migraine also. You have to pay attention to what you eat and how much. Start working out slowly and see if that helps. If you do too much too soon your body is going to tell you to slow down.

I was always the odd man out... I still am with my sisters. ... oh the upside I’m the one with the boobs with or without the extra weight. :D Still working on losing 25# but looking and feeling better every day.

Sitting down and relaxing. Spent the day with my cousin, her hubs and her 5 boys aged 7,5,4,1 and 2 weeks. 2 soccer games and a carnival at the boys and girls club. I've forgotten how exhausting little kids are and how tiny newborns are.

Yup, that's a plantar wart, my son had one and thought he had a piece of glass in his foot. Podiatrist got rid of it in a visit.

This is the new sucky thing that's going on with me. I used to have a full 8oz of milk in my morning smoothie and a few weeks ago it started disagreeing with me, so I subbed the milk with water and half a banana for creaminess. Btw if anyone decides to make this recipe... watch the amount of chili powder because it's HOT!! I halved the amount and it was still :s Overall it's an excellent recipe though. Even with a few lightening up tweaks.

My son is 21, he makes me feel old all the time... especially since he's almost a foot taller than me. As long as I can pass as his sister in public I'm good though :)

A day or so before and the first day at least I'm crazy hungry but I crave things like a glass of milk or lentils and rice. I keep emergency chocolate on hand if those cravings hit but they're rare.

I'm fine on 1200 cal and some days I don't even make it to that. I don't have a problem overeating anymore as long as I'm making healthy choices and drinking enough water. I work a desk job and the only snack I keep in the office is peanut butter and a box of unflavored oat/quinoa packets for days I don't have time to grab…

I have crazy food allergies to shellfish, sulfites and cayenne pepper. I've learned to stay away from sour candies which are my ultimate weakness... there's a bag in my fridge but they've been there so long my son won't even touch them :D
