Adding Silken tofu to protein shake. Is it overkill?
I have a protein shake every morning for breakfast but I'm finding myself starving a few hours later. Would adding silken tofu to my blended shake be protein overkill or would this help me stay fuller longer? I've tried squeezing in something between breakfast and lunch but it's not always possible. Advise?

Stress and weight loss
I'm under a lot of stress constantly (personal issues mostly) more than probably ever before in recent history. I moved a year and a half ago and since then I really can't seem to drop the pounds. How can I help myself be less stressed because it's really getting me down.

Three weeks in
