Hi There is a website called DAREBEE, which is 100% free (no extra signup/premium things). They offer all sorts of programmes/challenges and workouts as well as useful articles, meal plans and recipes. I'm sorry to say that I'm failing to understand how my help is dangerous... Again, like I said before I am not saying anyone should eat less than 1000kcal a day, in fact I discourage it as it's unhealthy, I eat way more than 1000kcal a day, if I didn't I would probably be in hospital with severe malnourishment. Firstly, welcome to MFP. Secondly, what kind of exercise are you doing and what is your current and goal weights? Sarah

I simply said that most jockeys do because it is the easiest way to keep weight down. A lot of them are uneducated in eating the right foods…

Hello :) 1200kcal a day is not a lot at all. The recommended for women is 2000kcal a day and men is 2500kcal a day. If you eat less than 1000kcal then MFP will tell you that you are not eating enough and may harm your body if you don't eat enough. You could try changing your goals so that MFP gives you more calories a day…

Hi, I go horse riding too and I'm aiming to be a professional flat jockey so I need to keep the weight down. I have produced myself a cookbook for jockeys. If you would I can send it to you. There is a lot in there with lots of different choices, I'll also being a second version at some point as well.
