I'm in.... I need to drop more weight than I could ever possibly do in 4 weeks, but we all have to start somewhere. I'm 6'1"... 297 lbs now. Would like to get down to 225 lbs. I'll kick off the first 4 weeks by dropping at least 20 lbs.
