I want to start a challenge to help motivate us to lose that extra weight! I have gained a stone in the past year due to over eating !
Who wants to join me in this four week challenge? We can do this ! who can lose the most weight.

Starting weight? - 129 pounds
All you have to do is post weekly your hopefully new weight and how much weight you have lost !

I'm in.... I need to drop more weight than I could ever possibly do in 4 weeks, but we all have to start somewhere.
I'm 6'1"... 297 lbs now. Would like to get down to 225 lbs. I'll kick off the first 4 weeks by dropping at least 20 lbs.2 -

I was at a plateau before my recent holiday (which I was reasonably fine with) but now I've put on a bit after eating and drinking everything I wanted to for ten days (and isn't that the point?)
Starting weight: 62.7kg. Hopeing to lose the 1.7 I put in within three weeks, maybe more since I'm going to try and be good and not drink.1 -

what is your reason for wanting to lose weight? - weighed myself last week and I weighed more than I ever have in my life. Starting to feel bad about the way I look. It's expensive to continue to buy clothes for my ever increasing waistline!
