There are a couple of things. Like looking at the mirror and seeing result!! And I surround myself with people who also want to be 'fit' and 'healthy'. That really motivate me :) Uhmm the last one is, that I remind myself to enjoy this journey

My why is ME! I want to feel happy again and that I feel good about how my body looks. So I promised myself that in 2017 I'm going to work hard for it. I eat 'healthier' and excersies ( what I hated before). My why is really selfish but I'm doing this for me. I want to change

Awesome transformation! I have a one. How did you stay motivated during your journey? I started like a month ago for the six pack. But the resulted is not there yet! I train and eat clean, only this Easter weekend I really messed it up :(
